  • The nearest S-Bahn station (Innsbruck Hötting) the S6 (runs between Innsbruck Hbf and Munich Hbf) is only about a 5-minute walk away.
  • The bike path in front of the house leads to all university locations.
  • The nearest motorway exits (Kranebitten or Innsbruck West) can be reached in a few minutes.
  • Innsbruck Airport can also be reached in a short distance.

  • Anteroom: Entrance door with door viewer, parquet floor, underfloor heating, cloakroom, mirror, intercom system to the house entrance, fuse box, temperature and sun blind control.
  • Kitchenette: with a sink, two-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space for your dishes and cooking utensils. Dining area: dining table with two chairs or bar table with chair, depending on the type of apartment.
  • Room: with parquet and underfloor heating, bed / sofa (90*210 cm) with linen drawer, a desk with four drawers, internet connection with double network socket, a chair, a bookcase with 5 levels, closet with clothes rail and drawers. The triple insulating glazing ensures quiet and energy savings, the sun blinds for privacy and light protection.
  • Balcony / Terrace: Terraces in the ground floor apartments and balconies on all upper floors to get some fresh air or to relax.

Each top / room is equipped with a Magenta internet connection, in the common rooms there is a corresponding WiFi.


Wash and dry

On the 1st and 3rd floor you will find two laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers - you can do your laundry around the clock and without leaving the house. You can reserve and pay without coins via the Miele appwash. And as soon as the machine is ready, you will receive a corresponding message on your smartphone.

You have bulky sports equipment such as skis and snowboards and don't want to leave them in the top. Then you can rent one of our lockers in the basement, 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Your key also locks your locker.


Mail & Parcels

Right at the entrance you will find your own mailbox and a parcel pick-up station if it is something larger.


Parking & Bike

Under the house you will find a garage with parking spaces for rent. There are two charging stations for e-cars.

There is a dedicated bike room for your bike on the 1st basement floor.

The general rooms are cleaned regularly, you are responsible for your apartment. On request, however, regular cleaning of your apartment can be arranged.

Environment


Our house is optimized according to the current building regulations:

  • A groundwater heat pump supplies the house with heat for the underfloor heating and the supply air all year round.
  • With the groundwater heat pump, we can also offer basic cooling in summer.
  • When the sun is shining, the photovoltaic system on the roof supplies us with electricity for the building services, the elevators, the common rooms and, with appropriate production, also for the apartments. And when the sun shines a lot, we can also charge our battery station as an electricity storage device.
  • The apartments are supplied with fresh air from which dust and pollen have previously been filtered out. The exhaust air is discharged via the baths and heat exchangers extract energy from the exhaust air.
  • The large floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of light into your apartment. If it gets too bright or too warm for you, you can lower the sun blinds.

Contracts


We are no Home within the meaning of the Student Residence Act.


Our contracts last at least three years. However, after the end of one year of the agreed contract period, you can terminate the tenancy before the end of the agreed period by giving three months' notice in writing on the last day of the month.


You do not need to make your own registrations and deregistrations for electricity and internet.


The operating costs and current public taxes are generally divided according to the ratio of the usable area of the rented objects. The individual electricity costs are billed according to actual consumption.


Since the house was built without a housing subsidy, it is possible, if the requirements are met, to rent subsidy to get. You can get more information at Innsbruck City Hall.


Each tenant must register within three days of moving in registration office Register at Innsbruck City Hall.
